Every page on this site is built the same way, and this page is the audit trail.
Sources. Content is written from named official sources — the Dubai Land Department’s published service pages and fee schedule, the Dubai Courts, the DIFC Courts — and those sources are listed on the page that relies on them. We do not source figures from third-party blogs or aggregators.
Verification. Before publication, every page passes a named verification owner who checks each factual claim and each figure against the official source. On the day of publication, every figure is re-confirmed at that source — not from notes, from the source.
Dates. Each page carries the date it was last verified. A figure without a date is not one of ours.
Changes. When DLD’s schedule or process changes, the page changes, and the date changes with it. Between our updates, the official source governs.
Corrections. If something here is wrong, we want to know: +971 4 548 3201. Verified corrections are made promptly and re-dated.
