Sources. Content is written from named official sources — the Dubai Land Department’s published service pages and fee schedule, the Dubai Courts, the DIFC Courts — and those sources are listed on the page that relies on them. We do not source figures from third-party blogs or aggregators.
Verification. Each factual claim and figure is checked against the official source before publication by Jan Baluyut, Director Property Affairs at Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO.
Dates. Each page shows the date it was last updated; read a figure together with that date and the source it cites.
Changes. When DLD’s schedule or process changes, the page changes, and the date changes with it. Between our updates, the official source governs.
